The District 5 training on October 4th was informative and fun! Over 90 teachers attended to learn about Assessment through Play presented by Caitlin Felps and 1,2,3 Count and Rhyme with Me! presented by Cindy Morrison. Lots of great learning mixed with some movement, singing and laughter! Special thanks to our presenters and to the Catholic Church of St. Ann for their generosity in allowing us to use their beautiful facility!

District 7 recently held a highly successful training focused on small group learning. Educators actively shared insights and examples of how small groups are implemented in their own classrooms. The training also provided a variety of engaging strategies and activities to support both teacher-led and independent small group instruction in math and literacy.
District 8
Georgia Preschool Association District 8 held a “Preschool 101” Conference on Saturday, September 20th, in Macon. Fifteen attendees gathered and learned the "Keys of Classroom Management" and how to fill a "Transition Toolbox". Our sincere thanks to Vineville Baptist Church for hosting the training. This marks GPA’s first training in the middle Georgia area, making it a special milestone for District 8.

185 preschool teachers & directors attended the District 9 Back to School Conference in preparation for the 2025-2026 school year! It was a fun-filled day of learning with wonderful workshops including the very popular age-group sessions. Attendees were treated to goodie bags, a delicious Chick-fil-a lunch, and prizes, too.
Special thanks to Hamilton Mill UMC for hosting the training event for the 4th year.
