Call For Proposals

As many of you know, our 2026 conference was held at the Marietta Hilton after we relocated from the Cobb Galleria due to extensive renovations that temporarily closed the meeting spaces there. While we appreciated the Hilton’s efforts to accommodate us, it ultimately became clear that the venue was not ideally suited for a conference of our size. Most notably, the challenges we experienced with temperature control significantly impacted the overall attendee experience, and we did not feel confident that those issues could be fully resolved for future events.
Following the 2026 conference, we carefully evaluated our options. We had one clear priority which is to provide the best possible experience for our members, presenters, and exhibitors. After thorough review, we have decided to return to the Cobb Convention Center (formerly Cobb Galleria Centre) for our 2027 conference.
While construction continues at the venue, we are pleased to share that the ballroom renovations are complete and will offer us a functional meeting space. This move has also required a change in the previously posted date as the availability at the Cobb Convention Center differed from that of the Marietta Hilton.
Please know that we do not make venue changes lightly. Every decision is made with thoughtful consideration, financial responsibility, and your experience in mind. We remain committed to creating a conference that supports and inspires early childhood educators around the state.
