2026 Exhibit Hall

One of the highlights of our Annual Conference is the Exhibit Hall, a large space that holds 40 exhibitors. We invite companies to display information and sell their wares that would be of interest to conference attendees. Booths (space against the wall) and tables (middle of the hall) are available.

• We have averaged over 1000 attendees at past conferences.

• Workshops are offered with 15 minutes between sessions and 75 minutes at lunch to allow educators plenty of time to shop in the Exhibit Hall.

• “Exhibit Hall Bingo” cards are provided to conference attendees as incentives to visit your display, as names are drawn and prizes awarded with proof of contact.

• We provide one boxed lunch for each exhibit. Additional lunches are available for $20 each.

• We also have a Silent Auction that you can donate to that could attract interest to your company.

• Exhibitors may set-up Thursday afternoon. We will provide an exact time once we hear from the Venue.

• Advertising options are available to exhibitors. Ads must be submitted by January 23rd.

• Exhibitors will receive a conference booklet and are welcome to attend workshops while a representative remains at the booth.

• Exhibitors may join Georgia Preschool Association and receive a directory of current members for future contact.

The 2026 Conference will be held Friday, February 27, 2026, at the Atlanta/Marietta Hilton Hotel and Conference Center 500 Powder Springs Street, Marietta, GA 30064. Exhibitors may reserve space at the conference, on a first come first serve basis, by completing the attached registration form.
