How much does the Conference cost?
Registration before

GPA Members: $80
Non-Members: $105

How many hours of training will I receive?
There will be 4 one and a half hour sessions of training. Our Conference will be submitted to Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning for 6 hours of training.
Do I need to be there for Registration?
If you need to pick up nametags you will need to arrive at 7:30 am to ensure enough time to pick up all Conference supplies.
If you register early and receive your nametags in the mail prior to the conference, you need to arrive early enough to pick up your Conference supplies and find your first session by 8:00 am.
Is lunch provided?
Yes, a boxed lunch is included in your registration.
Will there be coffee and snacks available?
The Hilton will provide coffee and snacks available to purchase in the lobby.
What is the Exhibit Hall?
The Exhibit Hall is a place to view various vendors and service providers to support you in both your personal and professional life. Vendors range from The School Box, The Deal Center and Sticks and Stones art.
The Exhibit Hall will be located on the main floor in the Joe Mack Wilson Ballroom I and II.
What is the Silent Auction?
The Silent Auction is a fun way to interact with others for chances to win baskets full of items for classroom and personal use as well as gift cards and event tickets.
The Silent Auction will be located on the Lower Level.
Will there be handouts for the sessions?
Handouts will be available on our website for you to print ahead of time and bring with you to the Conference. We will also keep them available for one month following the Conference.
They will be password protected and the password will be provided after registration is completed.
Will there be a Keynote session?
No, we will not have a Keynote speaker or an opening session this year. It is important to arrive on time to the first session.
What do I do when I arrive?
You will park in the Conference parking lot on the right when you enter the property. You will need to enter through the main Hotel lobby doors and take the hallway on the right to find the Conference space. You will come to the registration desk to pick up your Conference supplies then you may head to your first session. There are classes on both floors and elevators to the lower level will be found at the end of the hallway. A large stairway is also available for transfer between floors.
