CEU INSTRUCTIONS: To apply for a CEU,  you will need to download the CEU Application Form and the conference Session Evaluation Form. Follow the instructions on the form. Applications must be submitted by May 1, 2014.  Each CEU applicant will need to complete an evaluation form for each session for which they are requesting CEUs.

At the end of the conference, the applicant should submit to GPA Board member at the registration table their CEU Application Form, Conference Attendance Sheet with the stickers for each session they attended, and a Conference Session Evaluation Form for each session they attended. The applicant will not receive CEUs for a session if they do not turn in an evaluation for that session.

BRIGHT FROM THE START: 6 hours – Stickers will be issued to each participant at the end of each class. Please place these stickers on the certificate which is located at the back of the Conference Booklet.
